Data Retention Periods

In compliance with Article 5.1.e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the period of retention of your data will be determined according to the duration of your relationship with PROEDUCA and the legally established periods. In this sense, the criteria that PROEDUCA uses to set the retention periods of your data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines and standards, as well as the operational requirements of PROEDUCA related to the proper management of the existing relationship with the different categories of interested parties.
